Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product purchased from Troven.xyz. After 30 days, we will unfortunately be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

Please note that some products, including custom or personalized items, may not be eligible for return. For more details, refer to the product page or contact our customer service team.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at support@troven.xyz to initiate a return. Be sure to include your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  5. Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@troven.xyz. We will gladly provide a return label and offer a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as “final sale”
  • Items that have been used or opened (unless defective)

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
